Thanks to the governance entrusted directly to the Producers, Erion Energy ensures and supports – in the interest and on behalf of its Members – the implementation of all the legal requirements for the proper management of Waste Batteries and Accumulators (WBA) in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 188/2008.
The main deliberative body of the Producer Responsibility Organization is represented by the Members’ Assembly, which supervises and monitors the proper functioning of the organizational, administrative and operational structure.
Erion Energy is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of 1 President and 9 directors, representatives of the associated companies and expressing the wishes of all Producers.
